39 Healthy Snacks – Easy Snack Foods To Munch On Without Guilt (sweet, salty, low carb and desserts!)
As you’ve probably noticed by the recipes here on my blog – I sure LOVE me some comfort food… and LOVE my carbs. Gimmee a pasta dinner every day of the week and I’d be VERY happy!
But it’s time to start eating a bit healthier… or at least choose HEALTHIER snack options throughout the day. So…let’s look at some simple healthy snack recipes to help us all enjoy our snacks WITHOUT guilt.

I’m really not good at the eating healthy / low carb lifestyle thing. While I’m not trying to lose weight, I do want to eat healthier and remove some of the junk food from my life.
And since it’s a New Year, the hubby WILL be going low-carb again – so that means I will too (well, kinda haha!)
I have a few Go To Low Carb Snacks that I know how to make (translation: they’re EASY recipes) – and the hubby loves them.
Low Carb Pizza
– 1 Cup Mozzarella
– 1/4 Cup Parmesan
– 1 Egg
Mix all together, season as desired. Flatten out of parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Top with pepperoni. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Cucumber Ranch Snack Bites
Cut up cucumbers, put in a baggie, pour in some Ranch powder, seal and shake!
TIP: Keep a baggie of these in the fridge at all times. It’s SO much easier to choose them when they’re already made (and oh my, they are SO good COLD!)
Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
– 16 ounces cream cheese
– 2 TBS ranch mix
– 1 Cup cooked chicken
– 1 Cup shredded cheese
– 4 Slices cooked bacon
– 6 Low Carb tortilla wraps (I use these)
Super good AND, if you’re in a hurry…
use canned chicken and bacon bits.
