How To Make Corn Pudding:
1. Preheat oven to 325°.
2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Beat in sour cream.
5. Gradually add muffin mix alternately with milk.

6. Pour into a greased 3-qt. baking dish.
7. Bake, uncovered, 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
