I’ve been trying ALL kids of sheet pan one pan type of recipes with chicken, steak, pork chops, shrimp, pork tenderloin, chicken thighs and sausage and below are the frugal family dinner winners that literally everyone at the table loved.

Other than Dump It Crockpot Meals, my sheet pan is my bestie for making SIMPLE and FAST dinners on busy nights.
Just plop your protein and some veggies on that sheetpan, toss it in the oven, and a complete supper is ready in no time (with very few dishes to wash too!).

Sausage and Veggies
A sheet pan meal I make a LOT for my hubby is this Sausage and Veggies recipe:
It’s so easy to throw everything on one pan and meal prep his lunches for the week (he’s TRYING to eat healthier and I’m TRYING to help haha!)
Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
14 ounces sausage
5 cups of veggies (whatever you like or have)
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
Directions:
Chop and slice all ingredients.
Drizzle with Olive Oil.
Sprinkle Italian Seasoning and Garlic Powder all over.
Cook at 400 for 10 minutes.
Flip/stir and cook another 10 minutes.
That’s all there is to it!
One pan meals all cooked on a single sheet pan in the oven makes mealtime a BREEZE (and makes clean up SUPER easy too!)
Since I’ve been making that sausage and veggies for so long, I figured I’d try some more sheet pan suppers and see which ones my family liked the most.
