She says that some of her ideas are “DIY Budget-Friendly” while are others are big transformations that aren’t exactly low budget or DIY-friendly (unless, of course, YOU are a contractor – or married to one haha!)

I wish we had something already existing in our basement that I could transform into something new, like this outdated basement kitchenette area turned into a beautiful basement bar space:
But I’m not that lucky – I’ve got a dreary, almost creepy, unfinished area in my basement and YES, I sure wish someone would transform it into a beautiful space (as opposed to looking like a scary basement straight out of a ’90’s scary movie haha!)
